Notice of Residency

NOTICE: All parents/guardians are advised that you are required to register your player with your "home association", boundaries as set out by HEO based on your "usual residence".  All new registrants must provide proof of residency, and all existing players may be requested to provide proof of address. Failure to provide proof of address will result in registration/transfer not being approved. If you move, you must provide your new address.  Falsifying hockey registration records could lead to a suspension of up to 3 years (Hockey Canada By-laws).
