As the season winds down, we are beginning preparations for our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Monday, May 4th at 7:00 p.m. in the Smiths Falls Community Centre.
We hope to see many of you there.
If you would like to propose any constitution changes, please email them to Christine, our Secretary, no later than 30 days prior to the AGM. These proposed changes will be presented and voted on at the meeting. Her email address is secretary@sfmha.ca.
We will also be electing the SFMHA Executive for the 2026–2027 season at the AGM.
The current constitution has been attached, and the link to the change request template is included below.
